Hope Shines Walk!

Walk to support Mental Health!

As the past couple of years have been particularly challenging for individuals and families living with mental illnesses, the demand for NAMI Collier's services has increased by 50%.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have cancelled our annual fundraising Hope Shines Luncheon and are counting on this walk to help us continue to provide our programs free of charge!

We need your help making this a fun and successful event in whatever way you are most comfortable.  Join us in-person on the day of the Walk in Baker Park to enjoy a beautiful stroll or run along the river, food, music, and balloon animals with face painting, OR join us virtually from the comfort of your treadmill, neighborhood, walking group or other state with your family!  The important thing is that we will all be doing something healthy for a great cause, and staying safe.

So walk with your kids, your neighbors, your dog, or yourself, and ask for sponsorships toward your efforts.  NAMI Collier has helped thousands of people through this pandemic, and will continue to be a local resource for those needing support for mental illnesses.  We appreciate your dedication and willingness to join us for a walk!
